Additionally, Vitamin E helps our red blood cells carry oxygen throughout our body. We can find Vitamin E in wheat germ, egg yolks, green vegetables, nuts, seeds, whole grains and more. You can also supplement Vitamin E if you are not getting enough in your regular diet.
Vitamin C- Most of us have heard how important Vitamin C is to our bodies. It keeps our tissues in good health. It is good for your gums, muscles and more. It can also help your body fight against infection. You can get Vitamin C from citrus fruits and juices, broccoli, cabbage, strawberries, tomatoes and cantaloupes. There are also many other things that are fortified with Vitamin C to help people get the additional amounts that they need on a daily basis.
Vitamin B- There are many different types of B vitamins which you possibly already know. They include B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, folic acid, biotin and panthothenic acid. These B vitamins individually and also together help many important functions in our bodies. They help make red blood cells, carry oxygen through our bodies and much more. You can find B vitamins in many great foods you eat such as fish and seafood, wheat, oats, meat, eggs, milk, green vegetables, beans, peas and yogurt.
If you are lacking in these essential vitamins in your life, it is possible that a good multi-vitamin or a supplement will help you get back on track. However, it is important that you don t try to medicate yourself because an overdose on vitamin supplements can lead to many health complications.
